From the A494 Mold - Ruthin Road take the B5430 sign posted Llanarmon yn Ial. Follow this road for around 2 miles and then turn right onto B5431 sign posted Llanarmon yn Ial. Once in the centre of the village pass the pub and instead of following the road around go straight ahead down Mill Lane. Maes y Llan is situated 300 mtrs on the left.
From the A525 Wrexham - Ruthin Rd, turn right onto the B5430 at Bwlchgwyn. Follow this road for around 4 miles, turning left at the junction in Graianrhyd. Follow the signs for Llanarmon yn Ial turning left onto the B5431. Once in the centre of the village pass the pub and instead of following the road around go straight ahead down Mill Lane. Maes y Llan is situated 300 mtrs on the left.
